California’s only PAC founded and led by young people and students, dedicated to electing progressive and visionary candidates to California’s State Legislature.
OUR JOURNEY
After a fire destroys the land, under very specific conditions, something rare happens. Seeds lay dormant for generations waiting to be shocked into growing by fire. Once the seeds are activated, millions of wildflowers sprout and create a massive, diverse explosion of flowers: a Super Bloom.
This year, the conditions are right. After years of crisis, young Californians are ready to join the fight for justice, and bloom into the movement we need to thrive.
1
2021
In 2021, a seed was planted and Project Super Bloom was born.
2
2022
In our first cycle, our tiny seed made a big impact. We hired 100+ high school and college students, made 10,000+ voter contacts, and hosted 50+ canvassing events, sending 7 of our endorsed candidates to Sacramento.
3
2023
Even in between election years, we continued to grow. Our team of paid youth organizers spent 100s of hours knocking on voters' doors and phone-banking, directly contributing to our endorsed candidates making it through the Primary.
4
2024
In 2024, we bloomed. We elected 6 progressives to the California Legislature. Our victory is a testament to the power of grassroots organizing. Every call our fellows made, every door they knocked, and every conversation they had contributed to electing leaders who reflect our values. Together, we proved that unity behind a shared vision for justice can bring real change.
5
Our Future
With our slate of candidates now heading to office, we have an even stronger foundation in California to continue pushing for the transformative change we believe in. Our fight for equality, climate justice, and racial justice is still very much alive on and off election cycles.
We’ve made it this far – now, let’s keep moving forward.
OUR WINS
Meet the candidates we helped to secure a spot in Sacramento so far.
