Who We Are
- Eric WarmothCo-Founder & Finance DirectorEric Warmoth co-founded Project Super Bloom in 2021 to create a pathway for more students to get involved in state legislative campaigns via paid opportunities. Eric has worked on a number of campaigns throughout California and the nation, working to elect progressive candidates up and down the ballot. He recently completed a fellowship in the California State Assembly with Assemblymember Chris Ward. Eric graduated from Claremont McKenna College in 2022 with a degree in Environmental Analysis and Public Policy.
- Nadia BashierDeputy Finance & Political DirectorNadia Bashier is a student at the University of Southern California, studying Public Policy and Environmental Studies. She has served as a Legislative Intern in the U.S. House of Representatives and is currently interning for the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors. Nadia is passionate about environmental and housing justice and aims to champion these values through her role at PSB and within her community.
- Kathryn MaffeoCommunications DirectorKathryn Maffeo is pursuing degrees in Political Science and Labor Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. Growing up in California’s Central Valley inspired her commitment to progressive policy. She has interned with the California Democratic Party and organized events such as a Get Out the Vote rally featuring Vice President Kamala Harris. Kathryn focuses on advancing progressive values through her work.
- Lizette GonzalezDistributed Outreach ManagerLizette Gonzalez is studying Chicano/Latino Studies with a concentration in Politics at Pomona College. A native of Inglewood, she has been a community organizer since age 15, working with non-profits like DemocraShe, Rhizome, and When We All Vote. Lizette is passionate about empowering marginalized communities through political organizing and education.
- Megha JoshiNorCal Regional OrganizerMegha Joshi recently graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Political Science. She previously worked as Outreach Director for Councilmember Cecilia Lunaparra and was deeply involved in campus organizing. Megha enjoys journaling and analyzing TV shows with friends in her free time.
- Ivy TanFellowIvy Tan is studying Public Policy with a minor in East Asian Languages and Cultures at the University of Southern California. A first-generation college student from San Francisco, she has served her community for nearly a decade. Ivy is passionate about improving public transit, affordable housing, and education equity.
- Noah SchneiderFellowNoah Schneider is studying Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at the University of Southern California. He formerly interned at a wealth management firm, where he focused on analyzing market trends and strategies. More recently, Noah completed an internship with the Los Angeles County Anti-Racism, Diversity, and Inclusion (ARDI) Initiative, contributing to research and development efforts aimed at advancing equity across the region. He is passionate about land use and tax policy and is dedicated to fostering more equitable and sustainable community development.
- Anders JohnsonFellowAnders Johnson is a second-year at the University of Southern California, pursuing a degree in Public Policy. Passionate about transit accessibility and affordable housing, Anders has served as Legislative & Finance Director at a community college student government in Washington state, where he lobbied for policies that addressed the housing shortage gap in the state. He has also worked with several LA nonprofits to support policies that streamline development and create effective solutions to high rents and poor urban mobility. Currently, Anders serves on the E-board of the USC Trojan Democrats and is also employed at USC, supporting sustainability initiatives and projects across campus.
- Rithika RameshFellowRithika Ramesh is studying Political Science and Rhetoric at UC Berkeley. She has been organizing since age 14 and is passionate about youth political education. Rithika currently serves as Political Education Chair for Cal Young Democratic Socialists of America and aspires to be a lawyer advocating for children impacted by the school-to-prison pipeline.
- Sahana MeyyappanFellowSahana Meyyappan is a high school student at Mission San Jose High School. She is passionate about understanding and improving voting systems and volunteers at an environmental reserve in her free time.
- Clara HinsdaleFellowClara Hinsdale is studying Political Science at UC Berkeley. Originally from Tampa, Florida, Clara discovered her passion for public service through city government. She is committed to advocating for candidates who prioritize community well-being.
